Privacy policy
Premium24 only receives the data needed to complete an order: your Telegram @username and ID and the order details (what, how much, when). Your password, login codes and card number are never collected or stored.

What data do we receive?
- Your Telegram @username and ID. So we know who gets Premium or Stars and can update you on the order in the bot.
- Order details. The product, amount, price, and the time of the order and payment.
- Payment confirmation. The amount and time of the transfer that reached our card, so the payment can be matched to the order.
What data do we not receive?
- Your Telegram password and login codes.
- Your card number, expiry date and CVV.
- Your phone number.
What is the data used for?
Only to complete the order, check the payment, help when something goes wrong and issue refunds. It is not sold or shared with anyone for advertising.
Who receives the data?
To deliver Premium or Stars, the recipient's @username is passed to the supplier's system. No other data is shared with third parties, except where the law requires it.
The site and cookies
premium24.uz uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The hosting provider may keep technical logs (such as IP addresses) for a short time for security.
How can you delete your data?
To ask for data about your orders to be deleted, message the @premium24_bot help center. The exception is records the law requires us to keep for accounting and resolving disputes.

Questions
Is my card number stored?
No. You send the money yourself, so your card number, expiry date and CVV never reach us.
Do you need my phone number?
No. An order only needs your Telegram @username.
Can I have my data deleted?
Yes. To do that, message the @premium24_bot help center. The exception is records the law requires us to keep for accounting.
Do you need my password or SMS code?
No, only your @username. Premium and Stars are sent through Telegram's gift feature, so nobody logs into your account. Never give a password or code to anyone who asks for one.
